- Fertilizing the correct house or business
- Posting signs in correct spots
- Properly completing paperwork, daily sheets, and truck checklist
- Notifying customers/neighbors before application when needed
- Maintaining equipment and trucks and keeping trucks fueled
- Knowing the difference between and plant and a weed
- Ability to identify insects and disease in turf

General Laborer
Basic Job Functions: Arrive on time, ready for work, able to listen and follow directions and work in any weather conditions for long hours.
Skills:
1. Being able to lift 50+ lbs
2. Hands on manual labor including but not limited to shoveling, raking, wheel barrow pushing and sweeping
Education and Training: High School or GED
Experience: None required.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and ready to work
- Show good attendance
- Loading of trucks with tools, equipment
