Foreman –Lawn Mowing

Basic Job Functions: To lead and manage a lawn maintenance crew. To follow and complete appointed lawn mowing route.

Skills:
1. Know how to operate, maintain and trouble shoot lawn mowing equipment
2. Good leadership and ability to communicate well with customers

Education and Training:
1. High School or GED
2. Pesticide 3.0 license
3. Valid Wisconsin driver license
4. Certified Landscape Technician

3. Notifying customers/neighbors before application when needed
4. Maintaining equipment and trucks
5. Knowing the difference between a plant and a weed
6. Ability to identify insect and disease in turf
7. Ability to follow directions/GPS to get to job site

Basic Job Functions: To complete daily tasks appointed by the foreman or supervisor.

Skills:
1. Ability to operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers
2. Ability to have plant identification skills (plants and weeds)
3. Ability to drive medium duty truck (under CDL) and pull a trailer.

Education and Training:

2. Knowing how to operate all power equipment
3. Ability to load trucks for each daily objective
4. Ability to perform tasks without supervision and in a timely manner
